Nope! While originally created with late pregnancy in mind, the flows and meditations are gentle and safe for any trimester.
Do I need to be flexible or experienced with yoga?
Not at all. These are short, beginner-friendly classes made for real-life pregnancy bodies — no fancy poses or pressure.
Is this a birth course?
No. This is a yoga-based practice to help you feel better physically and emotionally during pregnancy. It can complement birth prep beautifully, but it’s not a replacement for birth education.
How is this delivered?
