Q: What if I’m further along in pregnancy — or due before August?

The Program I Wish I’d Had

When I was pregnant, I did my own prenatal yoga routine... I didn’t trust the free stuff online (and it was never a full class anyways), in-person classes were expensive and far away, and honestly? Since I had my yoga certification, I figured I could do it myself.

Let’s just say it didn’t go well.

I pushed through with what I thought I needed... and paid for it later with aches, fear, and a birth that left me wondering what could’ve been different.

Next time, I plan on doing things differently. My dream program still doesn’t exist, so I’m building it. One that’s grounded in education, built with intention, and actually designed to support your body through every stage of pregnancy. Oh, and affordable too.
